Geocache Description:

The twins are not feeling well. The cache is not located at the published coordinates. The coordinates bring you to a place within 75m of the cache. Solve the riddle to find the cache. Difficulty rating is because of the riddle, location is not difficult.

Stand at the coordinates and look across the road. The writing on the wall could portray how the Gemini Twins are feeling before they visit the doctor. Since medical expenses are not cheap you should focus before you decide to approach.

Both twins are not feeling well, but there is only a single appointment at the doctor.
