This cache is placed with the permission of the Johnston City Manager and the Johnston Police Department. I say this because you will be looking in the parking lot of City Hall and the Police Station. You will not need to use the "Scorched Earth" method of caching here, the cache is in plain sight. It is not on the fence, the fence is private property so please be respectful or you may get to meet the local police. You may also get taunted by the police if you take too long trying to find it. They know where it is at but won't help you.
Have fun and good luck. There are Muggles everywhere (especially on Tuesday from 3-7) so use geo-stealth. There will be no hints or clues until it has a couple finds and then we will see if we need one.
