It only comes once a year and it's time for the MBGA's Annual
General Meeting! Highlights of this year's AGM will include the
adoption of the MBGA's Official Bylaws and the Treasurer's Report
as well as our yearly elections for the MBGA Board of Directors.

The MBGA is excited to be a member club of Mountain Equipment
Co-op’s “Community Partnership Program”. As a benefit of this
program, MEC has offered to host Club Nights and allowed the MBGA
the use of their facility for our Annual General Meeting. The MBGA
will be setting up a table at 5:00 to answer questions from the
public and register eligible MBGA voters as they arrive. Look for
the MBGA banner!
To assist MEC in their goal of Zero Waste, we are asking
individuals to bring their own travel mug. Coffee and drinks will
be provided.

on attending. Leave extra time for parking and bring change for the
meter. Make sure you put any packages in your trunk before coming
downtown.
