Geocache Description:

Being a mystery cache, this should present you with numerous questions; the first of which should be, "Who's Amy?" Fear not. You're looking into the life of that long lost queen of aviation, Amelia Earheart. Amelia and her navigator, Fred Noonan, vanished in the Pacific in 1937 while attempting to make an "around the world" flight in her 1936 Lockheed L-10-E Electra . A little research into her life and times will provide all the answers you need to find this cache.

Because of the cache location, a Geocache Placement Request Form has been filed with the Milwaukee County Parks Department. Answer the following questions and you should have little difficulty locating Amy. Good Luck!

A degrees B.C minutes north

zero D degrees zero zero.E minutes west

A: Amy’s age when she was declared deceased plus 1

B: Amy’s father’s age when she enrolled in Columbia University

C: About the time Amy was born (within a few years) Levi Strauss & Company began using this lot number to designate its famous copper-riveted waist overalls. (Levi historians still don’t know why that number was chosen.)

D: Amy’s husband was born in 1??7

E: Count the number of days into 1937 until she radioed her last message…then add two.
