The cache is located in the Five Ridge Prairie and is in the SE quadrant of the preserve and is shown as the Lost Hunter area on some maps.
It is about 2.75 miles (round trip) to the cache from the parking area and there are some fairly steep hills to climb that are moderately strenuous. Take an adequate supply of water. The cache is in a plastic camo peanut butter size jar and should be easy to find. It contains a few small items and a log and pencil. Allow about 2 hours for this adventure.
