Monumentalny pomnik w Parku Grabiszynskim poswiecony jest pamieci dawnych mieszkanców Wroclawia pochowanych na licznych, nieistniejacych juz, malych cmentarzach w miescie. Lista tych cmentarzy jest wykuta na jednej z plyt pomnika. W potezne plyty wkomponowano stare plyty nagrobne.
W chwili zakladania skrzynka zawierala:
- logbook, olówek, temperówke - nie na wymiane
- podkladke swidnicka, baczka-zabawke, woreczek z naklejkami, gumke w ksztalcie ciasteczka, klamerke z pszczólka, zielonego stworka, stworka z kostka - gadzety na wymiane
- Certyfikat Pierwszego Znalazcy (FTF)
- geokreta "geoblocek *01"

The impressive monument in Grabiszynski Park commemorates former residents of Wroclaw, buried on numerous now nonexistent cemeteries in the city. The list of those cemeteries has been carved on one of the slabs of the monument. Some of the big vertical slabs have old tombstones embedded in them.
The cache originally contained:
- logbook, pencil, pencil sharpener - not to be taken away
- Swidnica beer mat, spinning top - a trinket, pouch of stickers, biscuit-shaped rubber, clothes peg with a bee, little green creatures, creature with a cube - exchangeable items.
