"Inage rikkyo" is a viaduct whose construction started in November 1976, and opened to traffic in April 1979.
A lot of cars drive pass route-14, that is under the viaduct.
You can see the ironworks area and "Chiba Port Tower" from here.

稲毛陸橋は１９７６年１１月に建設が始まり、１９７９年４月に開通した陸橋です。
陸橋の下にある国道１４号は、常に多くの車が走っています。
ここからは千葉ポートタワーや、製鉄工場地帯を望むことができます。
