This should be fairly obvious once you get to ground zero.
I wanted to bring people to this area to realize that the Czech Village is rebuilding after being almost completely destroyed by the 2008 Cedar River flood.
Cache container with a log only, bring your own writing stick. This is placed with the permission of Cedar Rapids Parks. There is plenty of parking for this cache in the lot across the street. If you bring your youngsters please watch them as there are 2 busy streets close by.
