Eau Claire has lots of caches, but so many of them require wading through snow during the winter. It's frustrating for someone who wants to find a cache but doesn't want to get covered in snow.

All of the caches in this series are in locations that are reachable from areas that are regularly cleared of snow, so they should be easy to get at all year round.
