24hawki: Unfortunately, this cache has been stolen/muggled. [:(] I checked on it today and found no evidence of a cache or any swag in the area. I don't feel comfortable replacing, since it appears to me this location is no longer safe from (most likely) mini muggles in the area. I might replace with a new container in a nearby location soon...Christmas in July??? Hmmmm....

For the kid in all of us…and the kids with you!

Do you remember that feeling waking up Christmas morning when you were young?

You couldn’t wait to find out what surprises were under the tree with your name on it? The anticipation was practically unbearable until you finally decided you couldn’t wait any longer and just had to wake up your parents?

This cache is placed with the idea of Christmas morning in mind. How long will you wait until you go out and find it? What will you find? Will you scream with glee when you open it?

Okay, maybe not, but this cache is stocked with lots of cool swag for those of you that enjoy finding little gifts under the tree on Christmas (or any other time of the year!). It's not supposed to be hard to find and open your gifts on Christmas, so this cache is designed to be easy!! However, it is a little "off the beaten path", so you may need to park on a nearby city street and take a short hike into historic "Root Park".

This lock-n-lock container is just waiting to be found and opened!! But, please keep the spirit of the holiday season “gift exchange” in mind. If you take something, please, leave something. That way, this cache will remain a tempting find year-round for many geocachers well into the future!! Bring your swag-bag with you and swap gifts with me!! This regular sized container started out very full with swag, but does have room for coins and small trackables!!
