The Kappa-Bashi tool-street is almost located at the median center about Ueno and Asakusa. The shopping street there where the dish restaurant apparatus and the cake tool are chiefly sold.
In this shopping street, the 90th anniversary of shopping street birth was commemorated, and the symbol image was built in autumn of 2003. It is Kappa-Kawatarou statue.
Please look by all means because it is a very queer statue.

Possibly the area with this statue cannot enter at night. However, cache is hidden in the area which can be entered for 24 hours.

合羽橋道具街は上野と浅草のほぼ中間地点に位置する、主に料理飲食店器具や菓子道具を販売する商店街です。
この商店街では2003年秋に、商店街誕生90周年を記念して、シンボル像を建立しました。それがかっぱの河太郎像です。
とても風変わりな像ですので、是非見てみてください。

この像があるエリアはもしかしたら夜間は入ることは出来ませんが、キャッシュは24時間フリーエリア内に隠されています。
