A few years ago the City of Mauston purchased an old car dealership building to store their public works equipment in. Unfortunately one winter under heavy snows the roof collapsed and the building had to be razed. Fortunately the city owned some land by the industrial park and was able to build a nice new building to house their equipment and some city offices.
