I was geocaching in this area one foggy morning and there was no sound whatsoever. Not the kind of muted quiet produced by the fog, but the oppressive stillness of peril. I hastened my step, then I heard a low hiss. Whirling around, I saw a figure floating in the air, no more than ten feet from me. She had blood on her lips and danger in her eyes. I can't bear to repeat what transpired in the next minute (it seemed like an hour), but I was told in no uncertain terms to leave and never return. Further, if I told anyone where I met her I would instantly die. As I started running, I dropped the ammo can I was carrying. I really hope you can find that ammo can, but obviously I can't tell you where it is. Instead, I'm giving you information so that you can figure it out for yourself. But I warn you, tread softly...and quickly...when you get there.
There are two waypoints. At the first you will determine the latitude and at the second you will determine the longitude. The coordinates for the final are: N 45 34.ABC W 122 07.DEF. A+B+C+D+E+F will equal sixteen.
WP1: At Simon's plaque, subtract the date of birth from the date of death. Multiply that number by three. Add to that the sum of each of the digits in the date of birth and date of death, then add four. This will be ABC.
WP2: At Keith's plaque, count the number of letters on the plaque and multiply that by twelve. Subtract the year on the plaque from that number, then add five. This will be DEF.
