Some of us have experienced this. Others have been responsible for
it. I this case though, the "Wall" referred to in this vicinity is
nothing more than a noise abatement structure to keep people from
going crazy from all the auto and truck sounds day and night.
Well hidden, Bison tube container. Winter friendly depending on the
depth of snow. A fairly exposed area. Use some stealth and beware
of muggles.
There is no reason to climb the wall. . . the cache is not on
the highway side.
Also, PLEASE be careful with the container and return it as found.
We want the challenge to remain the same for all Cachers.
Watch your step, don't get wet, and above all . . . Have
fun !!!
