After many starts and stops, The NVG Highway is finally under construction.

The Highway is being built to celebrate Iowa's Most Decorated cacher.

Costs overruns and technological blunders have hindered this project from the get-go.

Herndon is a small hamlet that entertains thousands of bike riders that head from 141 to Jefferson.
