A flash mob is where geocachers will convene at the given coordinates at the exact time and stay for exactly fifteen minutes before dispersing as if nothing happened.
This flash mob will during the Roseburg Downtown Plaza event at the given coordinates. There will be activities, food, vendors, etc throughout the day here. Our goal is to add to their celebration in our own way.
Please bring to the flash mob a slip of paper with your geo-name written on it for our log and drawing. The activity of our flash mob will be to assemble as many geocaches as possible. Please bring a few geocache items to be used in our assembly-line. In your log below mention what you will be bringing so that others will know what is still needed. Possible items could be: logs, pencils, containers, swag, camoflauge, etc.
The breakdown of the flash mob is as follows:
1:00pm on the dot: cachers convene at the given coordinates slips of paper with names on them will be collected in a jar at this time
1:01pm: Materials will be placed on the table
1:03pm: Geocaches will be put together through an assembly-line fashion
1:14pm: Names will be drawn to hand out the newly assembled geocaches
1:15pm: Mob of geocachers will disassemble immediately and enjoy other activities that are available at the plaza.
