Where's Wallee #1 Traditional Geocache

This cache has been archived.

Gill & Tony: All three containers for my "Where's Wallee" series have gone missing. It looks like #1 and #2 were washed away in the recent storms.

The whole area around #1 is badly damaged by the storms. #2 might be replaceable sometime. #3 has gone missing for the 4th time and depends on both #1 and #2.

I'm archiving the whole series now, but will think about putting something to replace them in the future. I definitely want to bring people back to Narrawallee since it is such a great beach.

Welcome to Narrawallee Beach.

Narrawallee is the best local beach for walking and jogging so, to encourage cachers to enjoy the beach, I have placed 3 caches in the area.

This cache has been placed at the Southern end of this beautiful beach and Where's Wallee #2 at the Northern end. If you find this one and then walk the beach to #2, you will be able to find the mystery cache Where's Wallee #3 .

The Southern end of the beach is suitable for swimming and is patrolled during Summer school holidays.  Parking is on the street close to GZ.  There is no need to bush-bash to the beach since there are steps down close to GZ .  During Summer holidays this area can be very crowded, so I have placed the cache in a location where you should be able to get it without attracting too much attention, unless beachgoers are sitting close to GZ. They don't usually sit there. Also, there are times when no street parking is available. At these times, you may be able to park at the car park at the end of the track just North of Victor Avenue or even park at the Northern car park shown on #2 and #3 and walk the beach in the opposite direction.

As you walk along the beach, look out for surfers. Dolphins are frequently seen offshore.

The cache is a small sistema container containing a log book, a muggle notice and a pen. The clue for #3 is on the underside of the lid. FTF may choose between a kangaroo key chain or a bison tube key ring.
