It's time again for our monthly meet and greet. Please note that it really is a CHANGE OF PLACE for June.
Some of you may already know that our usual spot had a fairly serious fire. It's going to be a few weeks before they can open up again, so I had to scout out a new location . I've been curious about this new place for a while, and then Brawny Bear mentioned it as a replacement. I haven't eaten here yet but I did go check out the location and the menu.
So, a little info about our new venue: it's a no-smoking restaurant with specials on some drinks and appetizers from 3 to 7. It has a sports bar feel but the website also describes it as totally family friendly. I've reserved the "game room" in the back starting at 4:30. Most folks wander in around 5 or 6. Quite a few people eat dinner.
So come on by whenever's convenient. Feel free to stop in for a quick hello or stick around for a while. There's always plenty of geo-chatter and caching tales being told.
