The Cacher Slasher 04: A second victim Traditional Cache

Well I'm afraid that we may be facing a serial killer. Another victim has been found and they too had received some communication from C.S. This victim is IowaPaul, and he was also an active geocacher. It is possible that someone is targeting geocachers.

This is the fourth cache in a series of 12 caches. The coordinates for the final can be deciphered through detective work in the pursuit of the Cacher Slasher. Stay sharp and good luck.
