Geocache Description:

One of Kansas City's newest (and fanciest) fountains.

UPDATE: You must physically visit this location to be able to log this as a find. Virtual visits are not allowed.

The Bloch Fountain was dedicated in September 2001. Named for Henry Bloch, founder of H&R Block, this fountain was made from over 10,000 square feet of granite and can shoot water more than 1000 feet in the air. The jets are computer-choreographed, and the display is constantly changing; we watched it for fifteen minutes and never saw it repeat. A full description, including pictures taken during its construction, can be found at http://www.kcfountains.com/education/howto.html.

The coordinates for this virtual cache will put you near a plate of granite (part of the wall of the fountain) with five words engraved in it. Email me the word in the middle. Don't post it here, even if encrypted.

Note: The word you are looking for is on the fountain. It's not "Pershing".
