Robert Bowlby Blake , is maybe one of the greatest Hockey players to come out of Simcoe. He was originally drafted by the Kings, Then moved to Colorado, and then went back to the kings and then onto the Sharks and is now current assistant general manager of the Kings
in this time he Won Gold in a couple World Cup's , a Olympic Gold medal for Hockey, and a Stanley Cup, becoming the eleventh member of the Triple Gold Club
