This is the 6th cache in the 'Spooked' series, a series of caches at creepy feeling or supposedly haunted places. Obviously you don't need to believe in ghosts to be able to enjoy the caches. Please message me for a number for your cache if you know of a spooky place and would like to hide a cache there.
The derelict pumping station at Hunger Hill always feels very eerie, especially at dusk. There was a story about a murder nearby, although nothing could be proven. Ghostly shapes appeared on photos that were taken inside the pumping station.
The cache is a small container, with room for swaps and TBs. There is a pen in the cache but bring your own just incase... Please be careful in the woods as there is often hunting. We recommend bringing wellies if you want to look inside as it is very muddy and wet. Be careful inside though as there is old machinery and deep pools of water.
