The purpose of this event is to meet local geocachers, provide an opportunity to log an event in what may be a new county for some, and swap geocaching stories. If you have trackables to move (or just to share tracking numbers), please bring them along as well.

I'm on a meandering geocaching trip from Virginia to California (via the former U.S. Route 66), then on to the Great Basin, Pacific Northwest, Rockies, and Great Plains. My goal is to collect counties, Earthcaches, Virtuals, high favorites, older caches, Adventure Labs, and others as I go.

If you're able to make it, please indicate with a Will Attend as soon as possible so I can ask for the right number of tables.

Additionally, since I’m on the road, this allows me to sent you a message in the unlikely case where something comes up that will interfere with the event.
