At the cache site you will have a beautiful view of Grants Pass. Wait for the fog to lift and bring your binoculars. Elevation is more than 4000 ft so there may be snow in the winter (but not this winter)! These are old logging roads so they get muddy too.
You can use your topo map and make it a challenge or you can use these "cheater" coordinates to keep you on track. Go right at N42.17.488 W123.21.705, go left at N42.16.620 W123.22.229, left at rd 24-6-14, left at N42.16.076 W123.21.530. We recommend parking at N42.16.271 W123.21.430 for two wheel drive. We used 4H on the last part but it's not hard core 4-wheeling but, of course, it hasn't been raining or snowing either. The walk from here is about 1/2 mile
This ammo can contains "retired" ties from Mr. BL's working days and is a place for you to "retire" a tie and grab another. We're sure they are appropriate for any costume party!
Waiting for the first finder, is a First Finder Tie perfect for wearing to any geo-caching event. We expect to see it at Pixxa!
