If you can fix or verify that this cache is still in place it can be easily unarchived provided the location is still available and still meets the cache hiding guidelines (and since this is located within Fort Snelling State Park, it will need to be registered with the park). For now I am going to archive it. Feel free to contact me through my profile linked below if you fix it.
