The Devil's Diving Board is located in one of the most scenic parks in the Quad Cities and is within sight of the Duck Creek Trail which has several other geocaches along it.
Devil's Glen Park boasts bluffs, small rapids, caves carved out by water, a disc golf course, and the main bike path through the Quad Cities. Now it's also home to a cache hidden near what had been called the "Devil's Diving Board". The cache was originally an ammo box, but due to the removal of the ‘diving board’ by park personnel, and (the larger hiding location of the hide), the replacement is now a smaller cache (size 2) to allow it to be hidden from muggles in the same general location. Although no special equipment should be necessary to get to the cache, attempting it when the ground is wet might result in a dive into the creek. Note: Please be sure to re-hide the cache container with some natural cover after your visit, and thank you for your patronage to a SpaceCowboy & PattyAnn Geocache, which was adopted by DTCBEARSNMATHMATE as of 10-17-2022. They installed a new replacement cache size 2 container due to erosion and time changes to landscape at GZ, and now provide maintenance on the cache.😊
