Near Captain Cook Monument, at about 116' elevation.
This cache can be found by hiking down 2 miles or by kayak 1 mile across the bay.
If you want to hike to the cache, reccomended, you will start at about 1200' elevation. Parking is near the intersection of Hwy 11 and Napopoo Rd. The coordinates for parking are N19 29.527' W155 55.086 . Follow the path down the hill and keep left at the Y. The cache is before the monument but the monument is a must see, as is the snorkeling.
Kayaking to the cache might be more interesting, although I have not tried it.
