IowaBeaver: The area has changed dramatically since I placed the cache. I left the container in the cleared area and was surprised it lasted so long being as easily seen as it was. I'm reluctantly archiving this cache.

Geocache Description:

A nice place for space ships to land for a visit to the Quad Cities!

This cache is strictly a Space trading cache. Only Space related trades are allowed!

The coordinates will place you in a clearing where small space ships can land. A larger field is nearby for the larger ships. To find the cache, look for a typical hiding place within 50 feet of the coordinates.

Park at High Meadows near the Children's Forest and follow the wide mowed paths. You can find a deer trail off of the wide mowed trails at N 41° 31.124 W 090° 40.991.

If High Meadows is closed, then park in the campground overflow and walk in through the campground. Please be respectful of the campers and avoid walking through any occupied sites. This cache is also the home port of the following travel bugs:
