My 1st attempt at this. I'm sure that those who come will enjoy it. Actually, some of us will be there beginning 9/15/06
Just stop buy to say Hi. Or stay as long as you want! There will be plenty of caches to find, plenty of fun to be had! Cabin, RV spots with hook-ups, and room for tents on a nice beach. Cabins sleep 6/7, 104$/night,full kitchens/deck, Rv sites, full hookups, 20$/night, but the tribal overnite camping fee is 9$/nite, but includes the day-use permit, good for 24 hrs, starting at 11a.m. 7$/day day use fee. 2 stores, and a small grill and bar are a few hundred feet from the coords. So are the cabins/Rv spots. Bring what you're gonna need to be comfortable, and E me for any additional details and questions you might have. If you've never been to Pyramid, here's your chance to meet some new folks and see a VERY beautiful place. AND HAVE A WAY FUN TIME! Burned burgs, overdone dogs, smores, geocaching tales by the campfire, and beautiful scenery, hopefully mild high desert weather, < 85 deg., 50ish at night. Water temp about 72 degrees. "Virtual" tour is available as most of the area caches have pix. And at least 10 new ones the day of the event, all with FTF prizes. BUT this is not about competition, it's about the place, the time, and the FUN!
