You figure out what to call it. Hawkeyelaw experimented a year ago, creating some new kinds of caches and materials. This one is a product of that, and I couldn't find a place to use it until today. See what you think.
Welcome to Louisa County's River Fork Access (enter off G40 in Fredonia, where 6th and Main meet), a little known park with some pretty views and probably some peaceful fishing. Cache is not too far from one side of the parking area.
