The bottom line on this is, we are pretty sure that it was never actually dropped off in the Gadget's Hangman cache in which it was last listed. The person who dropped it off admits that he wasn't certain that it was dropped off there, but thinks that it was this one or another cache nearby. Of course, he might have been completely mistaken. It might not have been dropped off at all, or it might have been dropped off far away, much earlier or even later, after it was out of his inventory. No way to know, at this point, and it was far too long ago to have any real hope of figuring it out.
So, we are retrieving this for burial in an archived cache of ours, and hope that it turns up, some day. And here's the obligatory "rant" for situations like this...
WE HOPE THAT SOMEONE IS JUST BEING VERY SLOW TO LOG THIS, OR THAT THEY FORGOT ABOUT IT, OR MAYBE DIDN'T REALIZE WHAT IT REALLY WAS; IF THIS IS THE CASE, PLEASE RETRIEVE IT, AND THEN DROP IT INTO ANOTHER CACHE AT YOUR EARLIEST CONVENIENCE. THANK YOU!

IF YOU TOOK THIS GEOCOIN WITH NO INTENTION OF MOVING IT ALONG, YOU ARE A THIEF!! WE OWN THIS GEOCOIN; WE SENT IT OUT INTO THE WORLD FOR OTHER PEOPLE TO ENJOY AND TO MOVE ALONG. YOU CANNOT SELL IT OR ADOPT IT; YOU CAN'T EVEN SHOW IT TO OTHERS WITHOUT RISKING THEM FINDING OUT THAT YOU ARE A PETTY CRIMINAL. WE HOPE THAT YOU GET A CONSCIENCE AND DROP THIS INTO A CACHE SOON.
