Toffee investigates Brady's TB.
Toffee is a good kitty.
We adopted him from the local humane society after they picked him up from a horder household. During the first few months, he exhibited a few strange quirks attributed to his original home. He would only drink water from the kitchen sink (not uncommon), he did not know how to play (not even with string), and did not give himself full baths (only the occasional touch-up).
Today, he knows there is always water for him in his dish, strings are now batted around and chased, and full baths are now a common occurance.
The current strangest quirk is him being able to tell time. I go to bed at 9:00 p.m fairly regularly and snuggling in bed is his FAVORITE activity. If for some reason I am still logging in geocaching finds at 9:00 p.m., I get howled at. When I turn to check the clock, sure enough, it is 9:00 p.m. on the dot. There are no chimes, coo-coos or whistles in our house so how does he know!?
