Considering the story below, our group agreed it would be appropriate for the "Pocono Dump" TB to visit a rest stop in all 50 states!
Enjoyed a snowy February weekend get-a-away in the Pocono Mountains (PA) with aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. Had a great time hanging out together, tubing at Camelback and geocaching. Our rental house turned out to be less than what we thought it would be and in need of several upgrades so it jokingly became known as the "Pocono Dump!" Of course, it was all in good fun! It really wasn't that bad...besides, the location was lovely and the company divine!
Ironically, the first opportunity we got to drop this TB was at another type of "Pocono Dump," an interstate rest stop! How fitting! And so, that is how the "Pocono Dump" TB came to be! Happy geocaching!
Note: It was NEVER placed INSIDE the Pocono rest stop building! (Yuk!) The cache it was originally place in was outside in a lovely wooded picnic type area of the rest stop! So it's okay to touch it. LOL
