About This Item

Jefferson Texas, is a historic little town in East Texas, filled with quaint old Victorian style homes and lots of antique shops. Every year they have their own Mardi Gras parade, smaller and tamer that the famous ones, but is perfect for taking the little ones. This "doubloon" was picked up by one of our grandchildren, several years ago. We are starting it off in our cache located just south of Jefferson and heading it east.

I found it in the back of a pickup truck with over a thousand other TBs. Just reached in and grabbed. So it's been given a ride to Jacksonville by someone and taken to NC by me. I'll release it in the next week or two locally.
