third iteration...

  This is the third time this TB number has been released.  There was the original tag, released in 2007, that lasted until 2011.  After no action for 4 years, the copy tag was released in 2015 and disappeared soon after.   Now the second release has been missing for 4 years so I am releasing this proxy tag in May of 2025.  The TB page showed 26,711 miles travelled when this proxy was released.

They keep disappearing and I keep replacing them.
