Sweet 16

'Sweet 16' was born in the 'Sweet 16' cache near Gig Harbor, WA. Coincidentally, it's in a park that's right off of WA Hwy 16. 'Sweet' loves the number 16. She would like to visit anyone who is 16 years old. Attending a 16th birthday party would be tops! Visiting other roads with a 16 in their number, or houses or how about the 16th state to join the union?
