About This Item

This coin is my US Army Geocoin. I enlisted in the Vermont Army National Guard shortly after turning 17 years old. My Basic Training was at Fort Knox, Kentucky during the very hot summer of 1995. If you remember that summer you will know about the 100's of people that died that summer due to the record high temps. Well, I was in the middle of it, running, marching and doing lots of push-ups!
