Tercel is meant for the back roads. It's mission is to visit as many (authorized) natural areas as possible. It hopes to avoid as much as possible urban areas. Please only move Tercel if you plan to visit a park, refuge or other natural location.
Tercel was provided by the gradual liquidation of gatorcacher92's toy car collection. As he is now a teenager he spends less and less time playing with his cars.
