It is also known locally by several other names, three of these are:- Sunshine Isle due to the number of recorded hours of Sunshine, the Garden lsle due to its greenery and Diamond Isle due to its shape.

Well I couldn't resist picking this up. I was born on the Isle of Wight and I have a motorhome! I am off down south in my Hymer in four weeks time, so will find a cache nearby but it might dip into a cache or two in Sweden week after next 😉
