The mystery is called "I väntan på", which is Swedish for "Waiting for"
while the poem in the mystery is written by Viktor Rydberg and is
titled Tomten, which is Swedish for Santa. I simply put the pieces
together and gave this coin the name Waiting For Santa FTS Coin.
Viktor Rydberg (December 18, 1828 – September 21, 1895) was a
Swedish writer and a member of the Swedish Academy, 1877-1895.
Rydberg was one of the most important writers in Sweden during the
nineteenth century, next to C.J.L. Almqvist and August Strindberg.
The coin itself is an event coin for the then largest event in Sweden,
Fumble After Dark 2009 or simply FAD, organized by
geocaching.se.
It's an annual night caching event in the west of Sweden since 2003,
lately accompanied by an event such as
Fumble Before Dark 2009.
The coin was made using a standard Geocaching die from
Oakcoins
called the Event Die and it was minted by them, sold at FAD to
sponsor the event and distributed by
Geoshop Sweden.
