Growing up my dad was big on fishing, camping, and hiking.  Although I can't say I enjoyed the hours of driving on the long trips, once there I had a blast.  My goal for this is to revisit a few childhood memories I have and visit one place my dad and I never did get the time or money to go to.  If it were to also visit other fishing/camping areas anywhere in the world that would be very cool to.  However, if someone wanted to keep this in their colection after the goals are met, I'm okay with that too.  Better yet would be I could transfer ownship of it after my goal places are met so the new owner can add a few places for it to go next!  Anyway, here are the list of places I'd love to see this find a cache nearby to visit.

• Camp at Disneyworld FL
• Rocky Mountain National Park, CO
• Trappers Lake, also in CO
• Yellowstone National Park, WY
• Salmon fishing in Alaska

I probably was about two years old, maybe three when we camped at Disneyworld FL.  My dad and uncle did the fishing in FL and I only vaguely remember the park.  This is my earliest memory of camping.

Later we vacationed/camped in CO including Rocky Mountain National Park and Yellowstone National Park.  I'll never forget those vitis.  A few years later moved to CO.

While living in CO, my dad and I would frequently go hiking to a stream or lake.  The favorite place to camp and fish was Trappers Lake on the west side of the Rockies.  I wonder if they still blow up beaver dams in that area or if the trees ever made a comeback after being devastated by pine beetles?

My dad always talked about wanting to go to Alaska to fish for salmon in fresh water.  That is the trip we never did do but I’d love to see this bug go.  My dad in not in good enough health to make a long trip like that much less go hiking and I now have my own family too so this trip won’t happen.

There were many other trips we took and places we saw and even others I have taken my wife and kids to see including my inlaws in Indonesia.  I thought I'd keep the list short and see if ti can make the trips needed to get to cache near to them.  I'd love it if after it is done someone else wanted to add three or so goal places to visit and I'll transfer ownership.  The it can continue to passed along and we'll see how far it gets before going AWAL or something.
