THE ASCENT OF HOPE

Hello, I am Red Dog of the Red Dog Privateers (aka JoJo) and I am a mountaineering Irish Terrier.  I have just climbed Scafell Pike with my humans to raise money for MYELOMA UK, because someone we love suffers from this horrible cancer of the bone marrow.  We have already raised £3500 pounds for the charity and I wore out my paws doing so!! I loved it there so much because of all the lovely rocks to climb and sheep to say hello to, I would like to send this Travel Bug back up SCAFELL PIKE raising awareness of Myeloma as it goes. For the first person to take a picture of themselves on the summit cairn clearly holding this bug there is a tiny reward.

    Catching up on logging trackables seen during visit to three Megas this last week. PirateMania, Geolympix and the North Wales UK Mega 2016. TB seen over the course of the week.

    Dropped here in the hope somebody will take you back to the lake district. Safe journey to next cache.

    Visited but not dropped because the cache wasn't big enough. Thought this may have been better than scarfill pike which is what you wanted.

    Once I was given this bug by a friend, I thought it only best to take it a bit closer to its final destination. Good luck little terrier!
