I found this TB on a road trip of the USA and realised I was able to assist it's mission. Then when I was about to discover it I saw it wasn't activated. To keep the task I have activated with the owners original mission.

Please keep this little duck greyling travelling to all caches worldwide matching the description. No better place to start than the ET Highway.
