Area 51 or bust!

Edit: May 2009: This alien's name is Alex, as he was originally retrieved from a cache near Alexandria, Ohio. Alex has been traveling since May 2003 - 6 years now! Alex started out in Ohio and finally made his way to his first goal location in Nevada. A friend took him in, let him rest up, and then took him on his first European vacation in centuries (his family helped build Stonehenge, but that was a while ago). Now Alex would like to visit the famous UFO-sighting location of Roswell, New Mexico, and be reunited with Team Donutdog. Please help him make his way there if you can!

Please don't write his "secret" tag number in your online log, lest the Men In Black use the tracking number to find him before he reaches his destination.

Thanks for helping this stressed-out extraterrestrial!

False logs get an immediate report to GC.com resulting in your account being locked up. Just FYI for those inclined. Edit: Apparently GC.com no longer deals with the problem like they used to. This is not a virtual TB and I will continue to delete false logs that appear. Here is GC's response: Virtual "Discovered" logs are not encouraged by Geocaching.com, although some Trackable owners do own TBs specifically for this reason. If you have a Trackable being logged inappropriately, please be sure you are not displaying a photo with the TB's tracking number clearly visible. As a Trackable owner, your item is considered private property and therefore have the right to delete bogus logs. Some geocachers may be keying in random tracking numbers on our site to access these TB pages a log false logs. It is up to the Trackable owner to maintain the TB profile, and remove any logs they find inappropriate. I hope this helps. Let us know if you have further questions or concerns. What a journey this was for this TB. I set it loose in Ohio in May 2003 with the goal of getting to this cache, because it was at that time the closest one to Area 51 that could hold it, and plus I wanted it to visit a friend in Vegas. It got to Reno and was then delivered to my friend (cacher anneke13) in Vegas in 2007, but never actually visited this cache (neither had I). After Vegas it got sent by anneke13 on a tour of Europe, racking up thousands of miles and meeting so many great cachers. Then I changed its goal to get to Roswell, NM, since I had moved to NM in 2006, and I hoped to see it again. Amazingly, it got to Roswell in March 2010 and was returned to me in person in Albuquerque on May 2, 2010. I have held onto it since then, not sure what it should do after traveling the world. Well today, I finally brought it to visit this cache, almost 8 years after it originally set out to get there! What fun. Thank you to all the wonderful cachers who made this story possible by taking such good care of my "Area 51 or Bust!" TB.
