    The Bug had actually been plundered by the nwcachepirate, who has been plundering caches in the area for a couple of weeks now. I guess Groundspeak has dealt with him in a way that has caused him to stop and to return the Bugs he had kidnapped. I found this bug in the Tacoma Travel Bug Vault today so will retrieve and place it in the proper cache.
