Spiky Joe is a Buzzy Beatle who gets right to the point. He's been quietly creeping around caches looking for Mario (who is also out there traveling cache to cache.) Don't try to jump on this Spike Tops, his shell is lethal and un-stompable. However, you can knock them out with star power or a powerful ground-pound, or moving him to the next cache
