Then proceeding to the Finish Line Cache at N 42° 55.298 W 078° 45.093
in Buffalo NY . I need your help to accomplish this goal. PLEASE HELP ME !
About this Item: Remember to follow all the CannonBall Run Rules,

to the next adjacent state that shares a common state border to be a legal move.

Ok, here is the story. I picked this up in PA. I did have it with me while I cached thru Maryland, but I didn't read the mission until I got here. So it really did travel from PA to MD to WV!!!! Really. I will try to move soon. I am dipping in WV, will try to leave in either MD or Virginia next week.
