About This Item

Padlock

Although it looks like a lock, this is actually a key. If you are able to figure out the combination to the lock without damaging it, you will be able to find The Lock (GCTP94). Please relocate the travel bug to other Twin Cities metro area caches – the harder, the better.

WARNING: Any logs that could be construed as hints about The Lock will be deleted and I may need to change things on the real cache.

Invalid Padlocks:

Sometimes a person will hold onto The Key for an extended amount of time, or the travel bug will disappear altogether. If the issue can't be resolved, that particular padlock will be marked as invalid. If you are trying to find The Lock and you are using a padlock with a serial number listed below, you won't be able to find the cache even if you do figure out the combination. If you have any questions, just email me.

One of the oldest trackables I have seen recently. Found it in far west South Dakota and bringing it back towards Sioux Falls to get it back to Minnesota and the Twin Cities. Thanks for sending it out!
