Small Blue Car Travel Bug

Small Blue Car TB is a smaller version of Blue Car Travel Bug and both Travel Bugs share the same mission. The Small Blue Car TB is made of the same squishy material but is provided with a loop which allowed the dog tag to be attached without the need for the cryogenic surgery which had to be performed on Blue Car Travel Bug.
