The news traveled around the land|
About a local man stuck in the sand|

From this mighty pulpit perch|
The preacher held the area church|

Here by train was a Herculean task|
In its glory the tourists still bask|

Ultimately the fate lies upon the river green|
It is responsible for the entire epic scene|
